Membership costs -
From 1st October 2008 membership
will run on an annual basis from the month joining.
The annual membership fee is
£65.
In addition to the subscription there is a one-off joining fee of £20.00 to cover administrative costs and included in this
fee all new members will receive an invaluable practical guide for landlords free of charge (cover price of this reference book is normally £11.99). Membership fees are normally tax deductible.
